How we work?

Every project follows a clear structure: collaborative, focused, and adapted to the needs of your research.

1. Discovery

2. Concept & Direction

3. Design & Refinement

4. Finalization & Delivery

We start by reviewing your research, goals, timeline, and any technical requirements. This can be done over a short call or via email, depending on what’s easiest for you.

Outcome: Shared understanding before design begins.

We provide a detailed sketch or draft, whether for a figure, cover art concept, or logo design.

This stage allows you to review the structure, composition, and overall direction before we move into full development. Your feedback helps ensure we’re fully aligned.

Outcome: Approved visual direction before final design.

The design is developed in detail based on the approved direction. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request adjustments, with up to three rounds of refinement included.

Clarity and scientific accuracy guide each stage.

Outcome: Final design prepared for delivery.

Once approved, files are prepared in the required formats, ready for journal submission, presentation, web use, or print.

We ensure everything meets the necessary specifications.

Outcome: Delivery-ready assets.
